Welcome to ZuneRack. This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines the rules and guidelines for using our services. By placing an order or using our infrastructure, you agree to comply with this AUP.
We’ve kept this policy straightforward and readable — because transparency matters.
Non-Refundable Payments
All payments made to ZuneRack are non-refundable. Please ensure you review your order and our policies before completing a transaction.
Content & Legal Compliance
We support freedom of speech and the legal transmission of content. However, we strictly prohibit any illegal material including, but not limited to:
- Pirated software or media
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Any content in violation of applicable U.S. or international law
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts hosting such material, with or without prior notice. When possible, we will issue a warning beforehand.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use ZuneRack services to engage in or promote:
- Harassment: Transmitting any content that targets or harasses individuals or groups.
- Fraud: Including scams, fake product sales, Ponzi schemes, chain letters, or phishing.
- Copyright Infringement: Linking to or distributing unauthorized copyrighted material.
- SPAM: Sending unsolicited bulk or commercial emails (UCE). Verified violations will result in immediate suspension.
- Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access, disrupt, or breach other systems or networks — including ZuneRack’s infrastructure.
- Third-Party Misuse: You’re responsible for any third-party actions performed through your account.
Remote Reboot Usage
Remote reboot ports are provided as a standard feature. However, misuse — including repeated or improper reboots — may result in:
- Voiding hardware replacement coverage
- Permanent deactivation of the reboot feature
- Possible account suspension
Please use this function carefully and only when necessary.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- Do not share your password with unauthorized users.
- You will be held accountable for any actions taken through your account.

Policy Changes
ZuneRack reserves the right to modify this AUP, our Terms of Service, and other policies at any time. Changes will be posted on our website in accordance with our TOS.
